The mission of RIOGALINDO S.L. is to be a reference supplier of hot forged parts for the industry.
The Quality Policy is aimed at meeting the requirements agreed with our customers in terms of quality and service, thus guaranteeing their satisfaction.
In order to apply this policy, the commitments acquired by RIOGALINDO S.L. are the following:
- To strengthen our image of quality, guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers, not only with a quality product, but also with a service in accordance with their expectations.
- To apply a customer orientation as a fundamental approach, fulfilling customer requirements, as well as voluntary commitments and internal standards deemed necessary.

This quality policy is understood, implemented and kept up to date by everyone in the organization, and has the full commitment and support of the Management of RIOGALINDO S.L. who establishes, develops and applies it through the Quality Management System.
